We stopped to resupply and also grabbed breakfast before heading out for the day. We didn't end up getting on the road til almost 11. Within a few miles we changed time zones. The winds were much tamer than yesterday, even feeling like a tailwind at times. We rode I-10 for the whole day, which was surprisingly pleasant. It had a very wide shoulder, and was nice and smooth. We lost elevation gradually throughout the day. We were pushing 15-20 mph for most of the day with barely any effort. It was awesome. We are sleeping behind a church tonight. Tomorrow we are heading to El Paso.
