Day 30: To Kirbyville, Tx

45 miles (72 km) - Total so far: 1,240 miles (1,996 km)

We woke up pretty early, considering we didn't camp last night. We spent the night watching Pawn Stars and American Pickers, for like 6 hours. Anyway, we were packed and on the road by 9, after hitting the continental breakfast of course. It was chilly riding for the first bunch of miles, but it warmed up for the last leg.

Around 1, we made it to the border of Texas. We took a break by the signs and proceeded to take lots of pictures. Its the last state border for quite some time. And they had a cool sign.

We are about 20 miles into Texas now, hanging out at a town park. Its pretty big, and looks like its set up for camping, with electricity and water spigots all over the field. I think they are really out there because they have town garage sales once a month. Anyway, Sara and Ryan rode down by the police station/city hall and got us permission to camp out here for the night. Tomorrow we are headed to Silsbee, maybe further depending how everyone feels.
